Ixe2x80x99d like to share more about it, specifically about ourxc2xa0people, practice, and purpose, as you consider options:PeopleWe are a closely-knit, established team of eight physicians and seven advanced practice providers operating between Mount Vernon and Westchester Square.Our group comes from various areas in the Tri-state Area -NYC, NJ, and Hudson Valley.I am involved in all medical staff meetings and committees.PracticeThrive in New Yorkxe2x80x99s first free-standing emergency department.Cater to a diverse patient population with a low-volume ED with high acuity directly, providing a dynamic and challenging work environment.Single physician coverage ensures a focused and independent approach to medical decision-making and treatment provision.We maintain strong connections through team meetings bi-monthly.Recognizing the importance of family and spending time outdoors, we offer a flexible schedule. Wexe2x80x99re always there to support each other when covering shifts.The expected annual compensation for this role is $80,000 in addition to the clinical hourly rate of $220 for days and $240 for nights.Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability, 401k with match, paid medical malpractice and tail coverage, and annual CME allowance.PurposeWe put patients first.
