Seeking an experienced and dedicated Locums Emergency Medicine in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Our Emergency Department features a recently renovated 44-bed facility with a Level II Trauma Center, handling approximately 67,000 annual patient visits. We offer flexible scheduling, critical care sub-specialty support, and a dedicated pediatric ED to ensure comprehensive patient care. Shift(s) Description: 6am-6pm – 8am-8pm – 2pm-2am – 6pm-6am Emergency Room Details: 44-bed recently renovated ED with fast track Level II Trauma Center Critical care sub-specialty support Dedicated pediatric ED Annual patient visits: 67,000 Flexible scheduling with 11-hour shifts Patient load: 1.45 patients per hour Qualifications: Medical degree from an accredited medical school. Board certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM). Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida. DEA certification. ACLS, ATLS, and BLS certification. Minimum of 2 years of current/consecutive Emergency Department experience post-residency. Clean malpractice/background history.
